How long will it take to arrive?
All slates are printed within 7 days.
After printing, items are dispatched with Royal Mail.
Delivery takes 3-5 working days, unless you upgrade your postage to our 1-3 working day postage.
My slate is not perfectly square, is this normal?
Slate is not a man made product. It comes from our beautiful earth. Just like our beautiful earth it's not perfect. You can expect naturally chipped corners, mineral deposits, scratch lines. It's part of the slates charm.
Will my slate sign last?
Slate is a natural product that has been around forever, it's very durable out in the elements. Our ink is designed to stand up to the elements for years before any fading starts to occur.
